David Stewart
B.Sc (Hons), Dip TP, MRTPI, Cert in Environmental
Assessment
David has extensive experience in all aspects
of planning. Having worked for a number of Local
Authorities, including Gloucester, Lancaster and
Canterbury, David moved into the private sector,
becoming an Associate with Lee Evans Partnership
in 1989, and later, a Partner in 1995.
Education developments are his particular specialism
and he has acted on behalf of Colleges of Further
Education in pursuing development options. He
has also acted for regional employers, investigating
commercial developments. His particular expertise
is in the formulation of Environmental Impact
Statements to accompany major proposals.
