Karen Banks
BA (Hons), PG Dip. TP, MRTPI
Karen has broad ranging experience of Town Planning
matters gained in both the public and private
sector, working at BSF Planning Consultants. Her
particular expertise lies in Development Control.
Dealing with a wide range of projects, relating
to both urban and rural issues, she has gained
extensive experience in dealing with sensitive
planning issues, specifically in regard to Certificates
of Lawfulness and enforcement. She has also been
involved in a number of cases involving equestrian
activities, farm diversification and rural new
build and conversion cases principally in Kent
and Sussex.
